With VIDA Device Manager, these tasks are simplified with Windows menus and controls that provide consistency across the devices. VIDA Device Manager supports NetworkFirst®, P25IP and OpenSky® systems.

VIDA Telephone Interconnect (VTI) lets OpenSky® and P25IP radio users make and receive public switched telephone network (PSTN) calls, supports up to 30 concurrent telephone interconnect calls, and provides the convenience of a telephone system while retaining critical communication radio features. The VTI is deployed inside a Network Switching Center (NSC).

The VIDA Transcoder is a network product that uses standard off-the-shelf components and sophisticated digital voice coding software to allow customers to deploy a VIDA network using multiple air interfaces and digital voice formats. The VIDA Transcoder supports design flexibility in providing best available audio quality to dispatcher and delivers a high-throughput, server-based design. The VIDA Transcoder supports OpenSky® P25 Phase 1 and Phase 2 as well as the ADPCM vocoder. It is key to supporting L3Harris’ Enhances Dynamic Dual Mode technology for customers requiring simultaneous support for Phase 1 and Phase 2 operations.

The Integrated Voice and Paging Solution leverages the latest 9400 products in L3Harris P25 networks, ensuring an easy upgrade path for organizations who want an analog system today but plan a future migration to P25 standards. Flexible by design, the system can operate as a standalone or as an analog simulcast overlay. It can connect to dispatch solutions or be further customized through L3Harris Enable Suite applications or standard third-party analog equipment. L3Harris AS-IP also increases efficiencies and resilience with voting and site controls.
